"Excellent location. Very quiet neighborhood. We never heard or saw any neighbors. Luckily got a parking spot and planned to walk everywhere. Perfect size for our needs. So happy they were dog friendly."

"Convenient location to Disney. Quiet area. Friendly host. "

"Very good place to stay.!"

"What I liked about the the property was it was close to the beach. It could have been cleaner than it was. Also part of the reason I get home to stay in while traveling is to cook my own meals. This property had a poor selection of pans to cook with. Other than that it was a good place to stay."

"The staff here was wonderful and very accommodating. Great parking and in a quiet part of town."
