"Nice place, big rooms"

"Clean room, very helpful staff. Overall a very positive experience except that a rat ran across the parking lot from the smokers area into the bushes while we were standing there waiting for a cab to take us to dinner at about 6:30 pm. Kind of made me wonder….."

It’s also very convenient—close to the train station and just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The house is fully furnished and has everything you could need. "This place is not well maintained or as described. We could not get the boiler running without letting water splurt everywhere in order to refill it. One of the mattresses has a massive rip in it and doesn't look clean. There were not enough plates for nine guests to eat off and only four or five forks. The door handle to the toilet was broken, we repaired it the best we could so it is in better shape than when we left. The top oven has the inner glass missing which is not safe and the bottom...
