"Very clean and conveniently located off the interstate. Although the decor is a bit dated, the moose theme was cute. I truly appreciated a quilt instead of a thick comforter. There was a note on top of the fridge that mentioned not using the white towels to clean; use the colored ones instead. Our room had navy towels. I prefer white towels since they can be bleached to disinfect. The guy at the check in desk was no help. He didn’t provide instructions about the trick to open the door and he...

"The rooms smelled a little bit. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was good. Mexican restaurant that was next door was great. "

"This facility received low ratings for the following reasons: Our room wasn't cleaned when we checked-in (9pm), despite housekeeping saying it was. We were moved to another room, but had to go request bath towels because we had none. Bottom of stairwell reeked of cigarette smoke (as did a front desk staff). Room was nice. Bathroom could use a serious update (mold spot on ceiling from water damage). "Hot" tub was very cloudy & not at all hot. Room showers did not provide very hot water...

"Amenities should be upgraded"

"Breakfast was from Walmart, not many choices. Curtains had some holes. There was no air conditioning on when we arrived. It took a while to cool down."
