"The hotel is well positioned just off Tottenham Court Road but has recently undergone a change in ownership or management. The stay got off to a poor start as my room key didn’t work and after visiting reception 4 times it still didn’t work. Reception were aware of the problem but still kept issuing new keys as a solution which annoying.
