"We absolutely loved our stay at Taj Rishikesh Resort & Spa. The ambience, serenity, and hospitality were truly exceptional. A special thanks to Simran, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. She was incredibly thoughtful in planning our travel itinerary and arranging our car journey to Badrinath Temple, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommend this beautiful property for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-organized Himalayan getaway."

"Booked the hotel with a good expectation to at least provide mentioned in hotel details and there are plenty which I can give as review. Staff didnt know what does "accessible rooms " mean and I booked for one though it wasnt setup with required stuff. I booked two family rooms and there was missing fridge from one room. They had high tea in evening and it was a mess, total 15 chairs to sit and more than 100 guest at one time, it was a long queue and they were not able to serve more than once after waiting for 30 mins in queue. Restaurant denied to service the dinner in room as they were planning to sell buffet. The guests who did not opt for breakfast and decided to take that on the spot, staff had no etiquette when to ask how to ask, rather checking 1:1, waiting for breakfast to finish, they interrupted everyone and made embarrass."

"One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked their most expensive suite — supposedly their best — and it was a letdown from the moment we walked in. The fridge was broken. The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. The restaurant was somehow worse — you place an order and the waiter simply disappears. Not once, not twice, but repeatedly. We’d sit there waiting for someone to come back and acknowledge us. The property is nothing like the photos. Inside it feels dated and cheap, and it’s not nearly as clean as the listing suggests. For what they charge, this is unacceptable. There are far better options in Rishikesh. Avoid."

"Helpful folks- they saw I was with my Father (79) and was struggling to find a place to wait until 2 PM (their check in time)….and helped with an early check in at 11 AM! Staff was very helpful overall, food was ok but the portions were generous. If you are not from India, you’ll not like the food- its all Indian stuff and heavy on oil. Parking was a major bummer. They claimed they had a tie up with a garage, my driver could never find the place and the hotel staff couldn’t share location via maps. We ended up paying for the car parking for two days. Also, the hotel is in a small lane on a small street. Getting there is a nightmare, and once you park, you’d not want to touch the car until your departure. All things considered, it was an ok stay- could have been better had they fixed the parking woes."

"I was very disappointed with the quality of services provided by the staff, particularly front office/reception staff. They did not seem to be well trained and professional in their approaches For example, I had to request them to arrange the welcome ritual and welcome drink for us. We had to wait to get the room even after reaching after 2 pm. They could not arrange a rented car in time for our travel to Rishikesh etc. etc. Only nice hotel building does not ensure appreciation from your guests. Please try to provide the quality services to every guest."
