"Location is ideal and the apartment is spacious. Only issue was with bugs that we had to report to housekeeping to manage. The floors also did not appear to be cleaned in the eating area as there were crumbs from whoever was there last."

"We enjoyed a room away from the busy main hotel. However, we still had access to the main hotel. We were able to enjoy a simple (and cheaper!) home made breakfast. Coca Chu, Beach House Restaurant (which we tried - excellent!) - easy walking distance. We picked up a community umbrella at Beach House when we were caught out in rain, but would have appreciated if there was one left at our room. Many would find the adjacent buggy park useful, too."

"We have spent a lot of time on Hamilton Island so it was as expected. A very nice property.One towel each is a bit stingy and no champagne glasses but otherwise excellent. "

"The apartment is amazing, but what lets it down is the company you have employed to pick up and drop off. They were late picking us up from the airport and 20 minutes late dropping off our bags. Also for most of our stay the lift was out of action. Even though the place was clean enough, the outside table had not been wiped over and what would have made the pool more effective would be if the lights had worked both in the pool and on the verandah. You pay good money you expect better. "
