"We really enjoyed our stay and would happily consider staying here again. The standout feature is unquestionably the view, particularly from the upstairs master bedroom. Between the views, the location, and the amount of space, it’s an amazing base for enjoying the island.The buggies were another fantastic addition and made getting around the island incredibly easy. Having access to laundry was also very convenient, particularly for a longer stay. The staff we dealt with were lovely and very helpful whenever we reached out via phone, including one offering suggestions with itineraries and things to do around the island.There were a few issues worth mentioning. Check-in could have been smoother, including some confusion around the concierge location and a pickup that ended up being about an hour later than expected. The house also wasn’t as clean as we would have expected on arrival, particularly most of the cutlery and plates being dirty, and we had an issue with the dishwasher. That said, the host was responsive and did their best to rectify the problems they could quickly.Wi-Fi can also be challenging and doesn’t reliably work on each floor (especially top and bottom), so it’s worth keeping in mind if strong internet is important to you (e.g. baby cameras, video calls). This also made using the TVs for streaming impossible. For longer stays, the addition of a vacuum would be very helpful for keeping the house tidy.Overall, positive!"

"Pretty plain room. It was right next to 20 plus wallabies that come out in afternoon to feed. Lots of Australian birds too! Not good for seniors that have a hard time walking."

"The apartment is amazing, but what lets it down is the company you have employed to pick up and drop off. They were late picking us up from the airport and 20 minutes late dropping off our bags. Also for most of our stay the lift was out of action. Even though the place was clean enough, the outside table had not been wiped over and what would have made the pool more effective would be if the lights had worked both in the pool and on the verandah. You pay good money you expect better. "
