"Wonderful, amazing stay. Property is absolutely beautiful and was super well taken care of. We arrived late at night and got some pizzas at the conveniently located Bar. Traveling with a family of 5. Spa facility was amazing, kids had a great time at the pool and the saunas were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly. One of the staff members promptly brought me a baby chair, and another brought us a pillow once he noticed the chair was too big for our baby. Would...

"I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were very kind and accommodating. I stayed in the single economy room which was perfect for one solo traveler. Nice castle! Good location if you are exploring Franconia on bike or foot as there are trails throughout the countryside that go through various towns. Nice breakfast here that is free with coffee too!"

"The hotel is very nice and has great staff, the rooms are spacious and clean. I would give them a higher rating if the beds wouldn't be so rock hard, this is not for anyone that sleeps on the side. I wish they had the option to get a mattress topper for anyone not used to feeling like sleeping on the floor.
