"Second time staying at the Ship and it was once again excellent. Really friendly staff, lovely room with comfortable bed and pillows and the breakfast is superb. Highly recommend"

"I had a lovely stay at the King Charles Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area, offering great advice on nearby places of interest and attractions. The breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection, and the staff was always courteous and welcoming. Although the rooms were a little dated, they were clean and comfortable. Another bonus was the hotel bar, which offered an array of food choices which was a welcomed convenience after a long day of...

"So clean the lady at the reception when we arrived she was so helpful and so welcoming 10/10"

"We got to the venue much later than we had planned, but it was a comfortable night in a nice hotel with an excellent breakfast."

"Quel dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit plus servi dans l'hôtel, comme auparavant ! Il faut désormais sortir de l'hôtel, se rendre dans un snack moyen-oriental quelques maisons plus loin pour un petit-déjeuner qui n'est plus très anglais, et supporter de la musique orientale (à moins de porter un casque antibruit, solution que j'ai fini par adopter). "Second time I have stayed here, will be coming back again! Room lovely and clean. Breakfast was very nicely cooked and a good sized portion. Staff were very smiley, polite and helpful. They had also made arrangements so I could charge my vehicle too which was a bonus! Many thanks!"

"Breakfast was great considering it was free. Easy access to get in. Friendly staff. No issues."

"This is really lovely B&B, it's beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and the staff are really friendly. It's in a great location, with beautiful seaviews, away from the noise of the main seafront area. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. I cannot recommend it enough, we hope to go back very soon."

"Breakfast service didn’t start till 9am which was a bit late for our plans. Room was basic but clean"

"All was good"
