"We actually have nothing truly negative to say about this place. Check in was easy and helpful. Parking was great. We left our car in the garage under the hotel for 4 days and it was fine. Elevator was slow but useful. We asked for a room on the top floor and in the back away from the traffic and that's exactly what we got. The room itself was clean and roomy. "The place is quaint. They have a happy hour that was wonderful and they had cute little rooms with fireplaces. And they had a nice little breakfast down there in the little rooms with the fireplaces the next morning."

A 10 minute walk to Pier 39 and close to the Cable Car stops etc. Our room was a little noisy as it overlooked the rear of "Bimbos" so we had to keep the window shut but we had aircon which we needed."
