It was everything....

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, easy to locate and minutes away from shopping centers and places to eat. I would love to stay at this location again if I am back in the area.

Amazing spot! Great location and beautiful property

We came to town for a baseball tournament and the location of the condo was perfect! Close to everything but back off the road enough to ensure privacy and peace and quiet. The residents were all so friendly and helpful in offering places to go/eat. The house was exactly what was described online and we were able to get a late checkout because of some big storms that rolled through right before we left. We will definitely consider this property in the future if ever back that way!

All We Needed

This property was all that my family and I needed. The property was quite clean, cozy and had all the items that we needed to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant. We were minutes away from all the activities and events that we sought to do. If ever in the area, we would defintely seek to stay at this same property!

Great Location And Accommodation

Easy to check in/out and communication with host was great. The condo was clean, had everything listed that we needed. WiFi/Internet was fast and worked well! The gated community its in seems peaceful and friendly. One important thing to note is that there is a permanent resident living beneath & walking on the floors makes thud noise that is easily heard. There are quiet hours at night, so if you have young kids that move around a lot, just make sure they’re in bed or not jumping/bouncing around past 10.

Master Stay

The family went down to see my daughter get her Masters Degree at Columbia Southern University. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed our accommodation. We would stay again!!

Nice Condo

We were visiting the area for a softball tournament and the location of the condo was perfect. No complaints. Definitely take a day and visit the zoo that’s near by.

Week in Gulfshores

The unit was clean and equip adequately. However the construction of the unit was very disturbing. They literally hammered, drilled and left nails and equipment at the door and stairs of the unit. They started early so we could sleep in nor could we nap throughout the day. This would have been a game changer for me had we known. The unit was located in a clean complex.

Convenience

Located within a quiet, gated community. Near various activities (zoo so close you can occasionally hear the monkeys!), shopping and restaurants. Kitchen and laundry areas were a huge plus!!

beautiful place

The place is beautiful and near beach, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful decorated and enough kitchen utensils. Internet works well. We found a few unpleasant things like. the place was dusty specially the blinds and counters , master bathroom was not cleaned properly glass was spotless but corners and grout had lots of gunk and mold that will come off just with the shower spray. Also not a single beach towel. The master bed mattress it’s too firm to my liking but I guess everyone will have a different opinion on what. Overall we enjoyed the stay . Will consider staying there again if cleaning improves.

The condo is very nice and spacious and the pool area is great. We were worried at first about the location not being closer to the hustle and bustle but it ended up working out perfectly. I would recommend this condo to anyone and would stay here again! Keri C

Property as described. HVAC service personnel working on an A/C condenser for a different unit accidentally disconnected the one in this unit. Contacted Property Manager and the matter was resolved in a couple of hours. Will stay here again if available.
