• Buy travel insurance! Hurricane season occurs every year from June 1 through November 30. While we always want your stay to be exceptional, we’re unable to offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control, including hurricanes, weather, power outages, internet outages, or natural disasters such as red tide. Guests use the property and its amenities at their own risk, and we are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the stay



• Home is elevated with 18 exterior steps.



• No pets. We proudly maintain a dander-free home for guests with allergies.



• No smoking, vaping, marijuana, glitter, hair dye, or tape.



• Air conditioner must remain in **Auto** mode with a minimum temperature of **68°F**.



• Trash service is provided on Mondays and Thursdays.



• Please bring your own beach towels and streaming passwords.



Booking Requirements



• Guests should maintain a 4.6+ Airbnb rating.



• Rental agreement and liability waiver must be completed within 24 hours of booking.



• A $500 security deposit authorization is placed five days before arrival.



• Trip insurance is highly recommended.
