The first floor unveils an expansive open layout that includes a tastefully adorned living room, dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms plus a bunk bed nook, fold out couch and 4 full bathrooms. Community pool and deeded beach access right across the street.

The dining table accommodates six guests, complemented by additional seating for six at the bar. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything needed to prepare a delectable home-cooked meal for your family. Included is a stocked coffee bar with an assortment of coffees, teas, and hot chocolate. Conveniently located just beyond the kitchen is a bunk area with twin bunks and a full bath, catering to the younger members of the family.

Ascend to the second level to discover three inviting bedrooms. The Master bedroom features a queen-size bed with an en suite bath and a partial view of the beach from the bedroom. The first guest bedroom offers a king-size bed with an en suite bath, while the second guest bedroom provides a queen-size bed with an en suite bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, and complimentary high-speed internet is accessible throughout the home.

Nestled in a community near the heart of Gulf Shores, this residence offers easy access to various restaurants and shops. A brief walk across the street leads you to the beach, inviting you to bask in the sun and relish the sea breeze. Dedicated beach access is conveniently located just across the street from the community, with a gate featuring a lock code provided to you. The beach access is located across the street to the left of Westwind Condominiums (blue building). An outdoor shower is thoughtfully placed beneath the house for you to wash away the sand after a long day at the beach. You'll find parking available for up to 3 vehicles underneath the home, while trash bins are provided for your convenience. With every detail carefully designed to cater to your needs, experience the epitome of coastal luxury living.
