"Really nice affordable hotel in Shanghai! Super clean room with a great view, very well maintained. Not super centrally located for travelers but worth it if you're looking for a really nice hotel for a decent value in Shanghai. Still a lot of really good food options within walking distance."

"Smell cigarettes smoke"

"The room is perfect for a quick short stay, as I was in Shanghai for about a week. The room unfortunately smelled really heavy of tobacco and cigarettes, so if you’re sensitive or have children - this is not the recommended space. Overall experience however was great! Would come back again!"

"Hotel is OK, but I honestly thought that a big chain like Novotel would have people who speak English, unfortunately, nobody could speak English at the hotel."

"Very good in a good neighborhood"

"I like the washing machine in room. In the building there’re a supper market and some of the restaurants, so convenient."

"Great value!"
