"Me dieron una habitación que su aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien.... cuando llamé a recepción no me contestaba nadie y con el calor fue una noche terrible. No puede ser que no haya nadie en recepción en la noche para atender estos temas."

"You are not allowed to park in front to take you bags out, the front door parking ONLY FO HOTEL’s shuttles, very stupid and they actually asked you to park down the hill. Horrible front door service, people are very rude not well trained or educated. "

"The cleaning service was amazing. Next time it would be nice to have a few more towels but it was a good experience over all. The ramp is also very hard to get into because it’s extremely steep. Having someone there to help drive the car up would be ideal."
