"We were very happy with the overall service and truly appreciated the warmth, friendliness, and genuine hospitality of the hotel staff. Everyone was very attentive and willing to assist, which made our stay a wonderful experience.
If we could share one small suggestion, it would be regarding the cafeteria service. When we visited for coffee and something sweet, actualy they never came to take oyr order, and we were there for around 15 minutes. We understand that the team may have been busy at the time, but a little more attentiveness in this area could make the experience even better.
Overall, we were more than satisfied with the service and would be happy to return."
