"Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of vegetarian options. Laundry was good - keep loads small."

"Hotel not only offers washer and dryer for free but also they can help you do the cleaning if you are too busy to do yourself, very helpful staff. Location is good, I'm able to take bus from summer palace to hotel front door. Bus also goes to some other attractions door to door"

The staff was wonderful—especially Sherry, who was incredibly kind and helpful. They even did my laundry for free, which was such a nice surprise! "Location is perfect, and in such a big city like Beijing this is very important. The hotel is very clean."

"Room service staff is excellent. Breakfast can use more varieties."

"Great service from staff, but whole hotel full of cigarette smelling."

Walking around the hotel was great to watch local life and eat with locals. The hotel itself is very cosy, in a good way. Clean, comfortable and modern, in a lovely courtyard setting. The staff are very friendly and relaxed. They have resident cats, which my kids adored. The rate for the hotel is also very reasonable. Great for a short stay. It...
