Gestione simpatica. Complessivamente pulita. Presenza in loco di un buon ristorante/pizzeria. Vicinanza con superstrada per spostamenti. Silenzio e tranquillità. Ci fosse stata anche l'aria condizionata e non solo le pale girevoli, peraltro efficaci, era perfetta.

levamos um golpe. Não vá a este hotel.

Levamos um golpe. O hotel fala que o check in inicia às 16:00 horas e não diz o horário limite. Quando chegamos ao hotel um pouco depois da meia noite o hotel estava fechado com um número de telefone pregado na porta. Ligamos e avisamos que estávamos na porta. A pessoa que atendeu disse que o hotel estava fechado e só abriria às 7:00 da manhã. A pessoa ainda foi grosseira dizendo que não podia fazer nada. Dormimos no relento a uma temperatura de 5 graus. A cidade é minúscula e td fica fechado. Não tem transporte e nem nada aberto por perto. Acho que a hotéis.com deveria banir esse hotel de sua lista de opções. Não é um lugar preparado para receber viajantes. Ainda por cima cobraram 80 euros por essa reserva que não usamos. Vou postar essa informação no reclame aqui e sites de viagem. Vou reclamar da hoteis.com por serem associados a um lugar como este. Tivemos um prejuízo enorme por conta disso. O atendente do hotel ainda é desaforado e mal educado! Um completo absurdo. Fiquei chocada por que sempre confiei nas ofertas da hoteis.com. Espero que devolvam meus 80 euros. Vou postar tb no facebook e YouTube. Fiz um vídeo na porta do hotel só pra reclamar da hoteis.com. Quase morri de frio e fome! Estou decepcionada e não vou mais usar este site.

Très surprenant de devoir payer 20€/nuitée pour utiliser la cuisine dans cet appart hôtel. restaurant pizzeria SANS pizza.... et cuisine sans saveur... Échanges difficiles : Le personnel parle très peu l'anglais.

Superstandort für Reisen durch die Südtoskana

Sehr gute Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel gemacht. Wer ein großes Apartment braucht und schnell im Großraum Grosseto alle interessanten Orte erreichen will, hat es hier gut angetroffen. Das Personal war hervorragend, die Leitung bestens ums Wohl der Gäste bemüht, gutes Restaurant, umfangreiches italienisches Frühstück (kein britisches), sauber und mit vielen kleinen Extras. Küche funktional, aber voll ausgestattet. 2 Fernseher (Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer). Wir werden gerne wieder hinfahren, auch wenn Roselle arm an Attraktionen ist (die Therme gab es vor einigen 100 Jahren einmal, ansonsten ist die Ausgrabungsstätte aus römischer und etruskischer Zeit sehenswert). Dennoch ist das Hotel für sich ein guter Standort für Toskanareisende. Das hOtel hat übrigens einen eigenen Parkplatz, der kostenlos ist.

Ottimo per visitare Grosseto

L'hotel è perfetto come base per visitare Grosseto e allo stesso tempo godere della pace della campagna circostante. Vi abbiamo soggiornato per due notti e la pulizia della camera e la qualità del servizio sono state ottime, così come la gentilezza dei gestori. La colazione era servita nel ristorante annesso all'hotel ed è a buffet, molto ricca, e comprendeva, tra le altre cose, torte e pizzette e focacce fatte nel ristorante stesso. Decisamente, da prendere in considerazione in caso ritornassimo a Grosseto.

Hôtel accueillant avec une surprise la piscine

Personnel très agréable . Appartement tout confort même si nous sommes restés qu une nuit . La piscine a été un plus ainsi que le restaurant très bon en bas de l hôtel, La climatisation fonctionnait à merveille.

Relax

Ho prenotato questo hotel per avere un due giorni di relax, e fidatevi in maremma nella provincia di Grosseto non manca niente per rilassarsi: il mare con bellissime spiagge (bandiera blu 2013), la natura con agriturismi sparsi ovunque e la storia, con resti importanti dal punto di vista culturale. L'albergo è anche residence, quindi le camere sono dei mini appartamenti dotati di tutto il necessario; il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, la pulizia e l'ordine regnano sovrani. Per la prima colazione è a disposizione il ristorante adiacente che, fornisce dolci di ogni tipo fatti anche in casa. N.B.: Il ristorante è anche pizzeria (con forno a legna e pizzaiolo locale), e soprattutto cucinano ottimamente primi e secondi (provato il menù di pesce).
