"I had a very short stay in the area so the accommodations were sufficient. It was decent. Clean enough. The walls are thin; I could hear the person in the next room and people in the hall, and lots of noise above also. The breakfast was basic, typical. Overall I’d say that if you’re on a budget or staying for a very short time, this place is fine."

"Room was dirty there was dead bugs all over my bed in which I had to change my own sheets on my birthday was not happy about that ! The elevator was broken and hallways were extremely HOT ! Was a very unpleasant experience for my 1st time in Detroit for a downtown hotel"

"Our room was large with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff overseeing the breakfast was very helpful and polite. There was a small issue with our room, but maintenance fixed it immediately. Excellent facility, staff, and amenities."

"Air condion was not working inside room temperature was 90 Degree F... Windows did not open properly and window sills were dirty .. they put a loud fan in the room .. couldn't sleep all night .. I should get refund"

"Easy access to anything downtown Detroit. Safe walking distance to a Tigers game! Room are large with a big kitchen. Have stayed there many times and will return."
