"la ubicacion es perfecta"

"I sent an email earlier requesting for early check in because I was travelling with little kids since 4am. Firstly, I didn’t get any response to my request. Secondly, the hotel asked me to pay if I wanted early check in. So unfair. I have had better experiences at other hotels"

"Excellent place to stay in Brussels . Good location and very friendly staff. Restaurants offer great food."

"Clean room, good breakfast. Satisfied"

"Beautifully decorated, excellent helpful staff, well located near tram and metro but a short walk away from Grande Place and the centre. Tiefgarage vorab über My Way gebucht: Problemlose Ein- und Ausfahrt per Nummernschilderkennung."
