"Good value for the money but the hotel is dated. The best part was the restaurant with excellent food and service. The front desk staff were very helpful but the rooms definitely need an update. They are not 4-star quality. The airport shuttle was very useful. There's nothing around the hotel."

"Extremely convenient location, directly connected to Terminal 1 at Malpensa Airport. Note, room service ends at 11pm and they don't have an overnight service, in case you are arriving late."

"The hotel was in close proximity to the airport and you could actually walk from terminal two to the hotel although it was not advised. I enjoyed that the breakfast was offered at 5 AM for the travelers that leave early in the morning overall it was a convenient location."

"Idyllic hotel in the middle of Baveno. From arrival all staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The facilities were lovely and you can also use the shared facilities at the Grand Dino Hotel. Perfect for a retreat by Lake Maggorie. I would definitely return and recommend. Only feedback I’d give to the hotel is our room did not have a full length mirror which I would have liked."
