"The hotel was beautiful. The staff was super accommodating. My friends came by from another hotel and said they had wished to have reserved here instead. Modern accommodations and of course luckily an elevator. DEFINITELY would stay here again"

"Great spot at an even better centrally located location. Staff were great. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Great location! The staff was very accommodating. Air conditioning was not that cool. Other than that, the property was great. Beautiful terrace with spectacular views of Florence and the sunsets!"
