"Older property, built in the 1980s and only has two elevators for over 200 rooms and one was non functional. Indeed, I waited nearly 30 minutes for an elevator to tote my luggage to the first floor at checkout. A hotel which is in the indeterminate age range. Not new and not yet aged enough to have developed character. It just is. Parking is much worse than my previous stay. They have now contracted an independent company to manage and the QR code and shortcode website are complex and the discount code provided by the hotel staff was so difficult to use that I abandoned the attempt and paid full price for parking. A big step in the wrong direction. The only particular advantage, if you can call it that, is that the property is across the street from the CSU main campus."

"The Best Western in Greeley is a great value. It's clean, comfortable and has a nice breakfast. The breakfast seems a bit upgraded since previous stays. We'll be back. This is our "go to" hotel in Greeley."

Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Collins

"We stay here almost every time we visit our daughter. The staff is always friendly and helpful, although, I was sad that Lamar is no longer there. However, was happy to hear he is still with Hilton, just moved to an upper management position, which is well deserved. The rooms are clean, the housekeeping staff is wonderful, the amenities are good. My only criticism would be the laundry amenities. One of the washers wouldn't dissolve the detergent pods, and one of the dryers took forever to dry. I think they've upgraded them since one of our first stays 4 years ago, but it would be nice if they could have more than 2 of each and if they were the ones that you can connect to an app so you know when your laundry is done. Overall, as I said, we stay here almost every time we visit and always enjoy our stay."

"We stayed at this hotel because it was the only one with available rooms. The front desk persons were friendly & helpful and the pool was well taken care of with ample towels. The rest of the hotel obviously is suffering hard times: holes in drapes that let in light; holes in one side of bathroom door not filled (was relocated doorfrom somewhere?); shower door kept opening during shower because it was not installed or leveled correctly; deadbolt & strikeplate were offset so room door could not easily be locked; appeared understaffed: front desk person had to check out guests and stock & clean up breakfast; advertised as a hotel & conference center, but both conference rooms were closed off and full of construction debris & other items; landscaping & grounds were not kept up; two parking lot masts were down & neither repaired nor replaced; dust in corners of main room & bathroom; cleaning person spoke only Spanish & did not know names of items like washcloth, trash bags, wastebasket liners, etc.; only one small wastebasket supplied for both main room & bathroom; outlets for guest use were not conveniently located behind the beds; pick two: refrigerator, microwave, TV (only two outlets for all three; CODE VIOLATION: light switch located too close to the sink; queen beds had full-size sheets turned sideways so bottom sheet kept slipping off mattress & top sheet was too short. It was obvious that the nearby new hotel was trying to put this hotel out of business."

"Must be a new property. It was difficult to find as my GPS did not like the address. The property was nice and clean. Would be helpful to have at least plastic cups in room. Liked the refrigerator and microwave though really didn’t use."

"Don’t let the pictures fool you. The pictures used to advertise this hotel are fake. The rooms are not how they are showed on the website. There is a $40 early check in fee. The employees at the front desk are not professionally dressed. You don’t know who hotel staff is. The housekeepers are actually dressed nicer. Parking was horrible! They have big metal storage equipment in the parking lot. Also, the lawn could use some care. The entire hotel can use some TLC and remodeling. Breakfast was horrible and not good. They end it early and don’t keep it stocked up. I saw lots of hotel guests use their bare hand to grab what ever little they had. The only nice thing about this hotel the exterior pictures of the outside."

"Room was so fun with fire place, large rotating tv, hot tub, couch and great king bed. It was like a " honeymoon suite". The breakfast selection was generous, as well. A wonderful retreat after a long trip and full weekend! A most helpful staff also."
