"What a perfect location for spending time with family and making memories! Majority of our time we spent kayaking, fishing, boating, swimming and lounging on the beach. The home was clean and had many “extras” that we didn’t have to buy when we arrived (i.e. spices, toilet paper, coffee filters). The sea life was beautiful…every morning we woke up to 3-4 sea turtles off the dock. We named them all, but Roger was our favorite!Misty was AMAZING and responded to all my questions promptly. She also recommended restaurants and activities that checked all of our boxes. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!"

"Great communication. Was able to check in early without a fee. The nice lady I spoke with called me and met me at the room to give me a key. It was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. AC and ceiling fans worked well along with the tv (which is all set up with netflix account to use). Felt safe with cameras on building and walkable. I would absolutely stay again."

"Perfect location! We were able to fish and see so much sea life off of the dock. The pretty white sand was just a short kayak ride across the canal. The house was very clean and check in was easy. 10/10 recommend!"

"Another great stay. Great host and property manager. It’s a 1 min walk from door to water. Listing says 4 mins and that doesn’t do it justice! You are beach front. Very convenient but private. We never saw more than 8 people across 3 1/2 miles of beach."

"Exceeded all expectations. The unit was perfect, had everything we needed for 9 days! The beach was amazing and couldn’t ask for a better trip. Locations of the unit is the best in the Beach Villas."

"They said there was no breakfast or lunch available upon check in, but then changed their story after a day or two. Unfortunately the nearest restaurant was 30 miles away. We were far out in the boondocks and had to drive to Marsh Harbor to eat. We were the only guests in this hotel. The food was good once we discovered it was actually fully available days later. There was NO beach access nearby. We checked out after two days and relocated to Marsh Harbor. Although the hotel had a two day Cx policy, Expedia refused to honor that arrangement and charged us for three days even though the hotel management agreed to only charge us for two days. Expedia had some cockamamy excuse that they couldn't contact the hotel. I won’t be using Expedia anytime soon."
