"The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean."

"I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but our recent stay was disappointing. The room itself looked fine at first, but we found roaches during our stay. We purchased roach killer in hopes we would not bring roaches home. We should have know something was not right as we were told there was a booking issue and we could not stay in the unit booked. Then they tried to move us again. I think we should be refunded 100%. "

"Met our very basic needs. With our group of 6, and a busy weekend of activities, this rental saved us from booking 3 hotel rooms. We were all able to stay together, the beds were soft, and the space was clean. Located on a busy street but you can't hear the street noise from most of the sleeping spaces. Conveniently located on Gateway Drive, close to campus. Host was very responsive to questions."

"We had a comfortable stay at this home. The beds were cozy, and the host was very responsive and friendly throughout the process. The house served its purpose for our trip, but it’s clear that the property has seen some use. A few maintenance issues stood out: one of the upstairs lamps was missing a knob and couldn’t be turned on, and the largest burner on the stove wasn’t working, which made cooking a bit less convenient. Overall, it was a functional space and met our needs, but a few updates...
