While the apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood, you’re still close to the action. Several popular bars—including Charles, El Rocco, the Bun, and more—are within walking distance, along with a great selection of nearby restaurants, including the famous Red Peppers just a few blocks away. Gas stations and other everyday conveniences are also close by, and the welcoming atmosphere of the Gateway will make you feel right at home.

Getting around is easy: public transportation is close, with bus stops just a one-minute walk away. Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are also readily accessible, typically within a five-minute radius.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns during your stay. Before departure, we kindly ask that you turn off all lights and wash any dishes you used. To help keep things tidy, please avoid leaving leftover food on plates or in the refrigerator—dispose of it in the garbage.

For bedsheets and used towels, please remove only the bedsheets and place them, along with the dirty towels, into the provided trash bag located under the kitchen counter.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these rules:

Only registered guests are permitted inside the apartment. Please provide the names of all guests before arrival.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and be respectful of neighbors and other residents.
Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Please do not move, damage, or remove furniture or other items from the property.
Wash used dishes and dispose of leftover food and garbage properly.
Parking for up to two vehicles is available behind the building. Additional street parking may be available.
Observe all posted parking restrictions, especially during Wednesday street cleaning, to avoid receiving a ticket.
Report any damage, maintenance problem, water leak, or safety concern to the host immediately.
Before checkout, turn off all lights and appliances and securely close all doors and windows.
Remove only the used bedsheets and place them, along with used towels, in the provided bag.
Lock the apartment door and return the key to the lockbox at checkout.
Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule violations during their stay.
