"The electric wall heater was not operational and twice (each morning) I asked the morning desk manager if this could be fixed. The heater was not fixed and no explanation was provided. Unfair to have no heat on the cold nights. Are these not checked prior to the rooms been available for use ?"

The staff was very helpful and polite And then the breakfast was excellent, Loved it. Would definitely stay here when I visit Paris again. Highly recommended"
