"Everyone was friendly and helpful"

"Clean room. No carpet in room. 3rd time staying here."

"The property and our room was very clean. The staff were professional and nice. My only complaints are: 1. The breakfast attendant refused to leave the spray butter near the waffle maker therefore the waffles kept sticking and 2. The bedding for the pull out couch was dirty. Overall, the hotel was a good location and the breakfast was filling."

"Staff was very friendly. Made me feel at home."

"We had a really bad experience."

"Very nice staff and clean room"

"Front desk was very accommodating. We arrived early and our room was not ready so they gave us a different room. Room was comfortable, gym was nice. Many options for breakfast."

There is only one working elevator since September and the one that worked didn't feel safe at all the door slowing opened halfway and it jumped alot. We walked the 5 floors anytime we had to leave. The gym was DISGUSTING super dirty sweat on all machines and the 2 treadmills were broken. This hotel is just so sad. I couldn't cancel my reservation with Expedia so we had to...

"This is one our favorite places to stay. Great staff, the up and coming new GM (Donovan) was terrific. Great food, great bar."
