"Shower door is awkwardly placed and restaurant on property was not open the 5 days I was there. Could not figure out how to work the thermostat to turn heat on"

"The address online was not correct for sat nav but the property is great. Convenient and spacious."

"I keep giving this place a chance because it’s location is convenient, close to the airport, the mall and the area is safe and calm. But i keep getting disappointed. The staff in this building are unbelievably rude, and disrespectful. On top of that you have to pay for both taxes and maintenance fees, meanwhile, they will never never come clean up your room unless you ask, and even when you do they will fine any excuse not to clean it. Asking for towels or any amenities feels uncomfortable...

"Room is small and outdated"

"TOP !!"

"Aussergewöhnlich - hübsche Location, freundlicher Gastgeber"

"It’s a fine hotel"

"We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Paris and Versailles. We booked breakfast and dinner but we didn't get a proper diner on either night. 1st night we were told that the chef is not there that we are late (9pm) even though we received a message from the hotel that they serve diner till 10pm. We got frozen pizza instead. On the 2nd night were told that the chef is on holidays till September... Frozen pizza for dinner again. We were disappointed. Hotel shouldn't offer to buy dinner option...

"Nice stay, staff were quick to help when our sink was blocked."
