"Nice hotel but no Amex and no electric charging. In fact half of credit cards dont work"

"Every nook and cranny was clean & orderly. The staff are kindest, people on the planet, seriously! I would work for them! Parking was easy, though I was not her during peak season though plenty of parking close by. The spa is lovely, wish I could have stayed longer. Lots to do in the area, it was nice to visit city stuff during the day and come back to a quiet place at night."

"The breakfast is great, especially with the buffet on the weekends. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and would need some urgent renovations and updating. "

"The room was very clean, the staff were brilliant, especially Peter in the restaurant"

"The most wonderful stay. The villa is beautiful, The couple running it (Marion and Martin) are the sweetest and nicest people who works very hard to make the villa feel like a 5 star boutique hotel. Even the coffee is made on a super high-end machine I never saw in a hotel, the breakfast is legendary and the location is a dream, quiet and beautiful. We also got a lot of tips on what to do and had the best time ever!"

"Incredible property, immensely gracious staff"

"The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing."
