We liked pretty much everything :) the hotel is clean, rooms are specious, the pool area is really nice! The food was good, the staff was nice, friendly and professional. We would definitely come back!

Great hotel in a beautiful location

The Hotel is modern and clean, service is excellent in all areas of the facility. Breakfast is great, dinner menu items ate limited as the hotel is more Buffet style dinner oriented, which always had good variety and good tasting food.

We loved our stay here. The location is stunning and the pool is just so beautiful with the view of the mountains. Excellent buffet breakfast too! Would highly recommend!

Comfortable stay, but bit costy for dog holder

Good location of the hotel, and new modorn building. Not only Car parking fee 12EUR/day, but also 20EUR/Day was charged to a dog. But NO any service were given for our dog such as water bowl, blanket etc. Probably the hotel would excuse the cost for clean up, but during our 5 nights staying, only 2times cleaned up and towels exchanged even onece I requested.

Zimmer war gut, aber nur 2Kosmetiktücher für 2Tage .. da hätte der Zimmerservice für Ersatz sorgen müssen. Das Frühstück war genial. Abendessen in Buffetform ist eher Durchschnitt, die Speisen waren gewürzlos und verkocht.

Leider habe ich die Ausfahl beim Essen nicht gut gefunden . Dass man im Zimmer kein Wasser oder gar Trinkläser hat , kenne ich so nicht . Auch kein Willkommensgetränk war nicht angedacht . Auf die Nachfrage , ob wir zum Bademantel auch Badeschlappen für den Wellnessbereich bekommen , hiess es nein diese können wir im internen Niveashop kaufen . Diesen Service habe man nur in Hotels mit Sternen , sie hätten ja keine und schauen auf die Nachhaltigkeit . Die angebotenen Badeschlappen kosteten 15 Euro.p.P . Die Parkplatzgebühr von 12 Euro pro Nacht, fand ich auch recht happig . Für unseren Hund , wurde uns auch noch insgesammt 40 Euro berrechnet . Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und das Wellnes auch , jedoch kommt für mich so ein Hotel nicht mehr in Frage .

Dejlig hotel med skøn beliggenhed

Skønt hotel med super god morgenmad, som også kunne indtages udendørs. Dejligt barområde med drinks og småretter, dog ønskeligt med større udvalg at småretter for dem, som ikke havde mulighed for hotellets buffet. Værelser fine og rene, men ønskeligt med et køleskab. Man skal også vænne sig til WC og bad døren, som er en og samme, hvilket ikke er hensigtsmæssigt. Pool område med stort græsareal med selve den udendørs pool var alt for lille. Meget rart med stor aflåst indendørs cykelparkering, hvor du også kunne lade din cykel. Hotellet tager 12 Euro i døgnet for parkering, hvilket er - trods de gode forhold - alt for meget for udedørs parkering på hotel. 5 euro havde været mere passende. Dejligt med fri kaffe og kage hver eftermiddag. Alt i alt en skønt hotel i flotte omgivelser.

Flot hotel med spa mulighed og flot beliggenhed, hvor der var mange børnefamilier. Ekstra opredning var på en meget dårlig og hård sofa, ligesom at der var meget larm i de sene aften timer og de tidlige morgen timer.

An sich ist das Hotel sehr schön und das Personal mega nett . Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und das Essen sehr sehr lecker . Der Wellnessbereich ist top und die Zimmer sehr sauber Aaaaber : 12 euro pro Tag für einen Parkplatz ist unverschämt. Bei HP ist beim Abendessen nicht mal ein kostenloses Wasser drin. Die Cocktails sind sehr teuer. Was auch gestört hat : der Mähroboter ! der lief auch Nachts und jedesmal wenn er mal ein paar Stunden zum Laden in sein Häuschen gefahren ist klapperte er ewig und mot einem heiden Lärm mit den Plastikrädern über die Steine . Ich bin 2-3 mal in der Nacht davon aufgewacht

Leider hat das Aja stark nachgelassen. Das Essen ist auf einem mäßigen Niveau. Viele Dinge die zuvor inklusive waren sind nun kostenpflichtig (Getränke beim Essen, Chiemgaukarte,..) und der Servis im Spa-Bereich war unterirdisch. Eine halbe Stunde vor Abschluss wurde bereits aufgeräumt und darauf gedrängt doch pünktlich zu gehen. Finde ich bei einer eh schon kurzen Öffnungszeit (21:00 Uhr) unangemessen und gastunfreundlich. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Es fehlt an Details

Grundsätzlich war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Leider fehlt es jedoch an ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die bei dieser Preiskategorie selbstverständlich sein sollten (Zimmersave, Kühlschrank bzw. Minibar, Ablage für Koffer...) Die Glasschiebetür zum WC ist nicht gerade ideal, wenn man sein Geschäft verrichten möchte und noch jemand im Zimmer ist. Sauberkeit des Zimmers 8/10 Haben für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind (1 Jahr gebucht) Beim Check-In wäre angebracht zu fragen, ob man denn ein Kinderbett oder sonst etwas benötigt. Leider kam da aber nichts. Wie schon viele andere auch angemerkt haben, die Wassertemperatur im Innenpool könnte um 2-3 Grad angehoben werden. Auswahl Speisen an der Poolbar sehr gering und teuer. Personal an der Rezeption und auch Personal am Eingang zum Spa etwas verpeilt. Frühstücksbuffet absolut in Ordnung, große Auswahl, alles frisch.
