"Such a Beautiful, clean, modern home with very short easy walk to town and river. Perfect location for our first trip to Golden! Highly recommend!"

"Such a cute place in a great location. It was very clean when we arrived and we slept great!"

"The Brewmaster's House worked well for our party - 2 couples & 2 singles. The place was clean & the kitchen rather dated, but satisfactorily equipped for the minimal food prep we did. The host thoughtfully included video instructions for the downstairs shower, whose operation was simple but not evident. We wished for more bath towels, as 1/person is sub-standard. We appreciated the convenience of the washer/dryer & iron/ironing board, which we all used. Some unbeatable advantages of the location...

"easy access .. quiet and safe street. recommended"

"The location of this house is everything! Went to a concert at Red Rock, it was so easy coming and going. Easy to also find some good hiking, shopping and restaurants in the general area. The house was clean and that was a top priority for us."

"Exactly What You Need with No FrillsNeeded a weekend getaway for two and this place fit the bill perfectly. Needed both the bed and also the fold out couch, which was surprisingly easy to operate and very comfortable. But it’s honestly the little things that make this place so great. "The owner was very communicative and kind. We enjoyed our stay!"

"This is our second time booking with Linda and she has a great place to stay. Fenced in front yard - if you bring a small pet and a lovely shaded conversation area on front deck. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning -- which is especially great in a house in Colorado where many don't have central AC. Very good stay - very good host."

"Very close to downtown Golden. "

"Lovely home away from home! It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The only minor downside was the exterior; there isn’t much curb appeal, and the downstairs neighbors’ landscaping and hot tub area could use a little attention. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality!"

"This home is pristine. Beautiful amd perfect location. The view of the mountains in the hottub is worth it all by itself. If i lived here, Id want to know what the asking was for this place the interior design is fun, well done and very clean. Thabk you ahain for thw home and hospitality"
