"Staff was nice.. I just want to start off when we got to our room the cleanliness did not hold to par. I found stains on the bed skirt and also the blanket. And when we looked under the bed there were a pair of pantyhose and garbage. Then going to the bathroom the sink had a stain on the marbled area. And the shower head was disgusting... and we were woken up from some guest in the hallway with the police at 2am. It was just very loud. "

"Breakfast was delicious and they were very accommodating with the shuttle they provided for Navy boot camp graduations. "

"Dirty room, changed rooms. Check your beds, under the sheets were disgusting and not washed. Breakfast was typical hotel. Elevator was taped together inside. Room wasnt serviced until i asked, had to go down for t.p. and towels. "

"Great activities for all ages . Need more staff on the floor actually guiding people to rooms and activities. More signage needed . Family friendly. Need food areas to be opened later they close way too early . "

"Clean room Night staff is friendly and wonderful. Morning person could work on her demeanor. When someone asks for late check out and you abruptly interrupt them and suggest the check out time as a late check out time, its kind of rude. Then you answer a call so you think you dont have to have anymore interactions. This is the 2nd time, same person. "

"It was rough. The room was dirty hair in the bathtub, looked like water damage all over bathroom, just seemed poorly maintained and barely clean. It claims free breakfast but it's 2 types of cereal and coffee and there was barely any cereal left. Overall I should have paid a few more dollars to stay somewhere else. "
