Read the fine print

This is a great place to stay but make sure you read the fine print. This place is not a hotel, no cleaning or servicing of the room, no clean towels, buy your own soap and toilet paper etc. car parking was also extremely difficult if you got in late and all the residents were in the public spaces. No concierge after hours so had to pay extra cash to meet a guy with the keys. Pretty strict rules and a big cleaning fine if all conditions not met such as emptying the bins. Overall great location, poor quality service.

Amazing stay. We had a gorgeous view, big spacious family room, super clean and comfortable. No issues. We loved the pools and location. We were supported by Kevin, who was very helpful.

Not what it shows in the pictures

After looking at all the wonderful pictures, showing top class delixe rooms, i booked the 3 Bedroom Deluxe Apartment for our Family, upon arriving to the resort, it was nothing like the Pictures. The beds were uncomfortable, lack of service and worst was finding insects in the room. However the apartment did have a free car park.
