"Well I was taken back on arrival as it looked so much better in the photos (1950's American diner stylie) rooms needing a bit of tlc ,but once I got used to it I enjoyed my stay.Staff in diner mostly teenagers were super friendly & helpful .Meals in diner all burgers , nuggets fries etc no alternatives.Breakfast very good & not portioned continental & full cooked available (self serve) Rooms.... think Butlins style could do with an upgrade but perfectly functional free WiFi throughout beds comfortable & clean no kettle but staff will give you hot water to make a brew in your room.A little noisy as a gravel road throughout so you hear people coming & going round to rear of complex quieter.Make sure you get a non smoking room.Yes I would stay again & I'd bring a kettle."

"It was lovely to stay in the Carlsberg neighbourhood. Without going to stay in this hotel I probably would not have gone to see this neighbourhood which is particularly pleasing. It is a up and coming area bustling with life and young families. The staff in the hotel could not have been nicer and more helpful beds super comfy shower excellent view from the room of the square beautiful. Free drinks for happier was a beautiful touch would definitely stay there again"

"Hotel security was excellent upon arrival - everyone who is not a guest must ring thru the front desk. We were warmly greeted and promptly checked in. Hotel is ideal for travelers as the location is very close to transport, restaurants, shops, and services. Our 2 room suite was perfect as it had a separate card secured entry foyer for our shoes, luggage, etc. Rooms were clean week kept up. Very European layout and amenities. Daily housekeeping was good. Front desk and roof top bars were excellent for a drink and relaxation. We did not use the sauna, ice bath nor massage services. We would return to this charming hotel again."
