"This is a great location as it's just across the road from shops and an easy 5 min walk to the Church of the Good Shepherd. The room was clean and cozy, although it seems to be next to the laundry so you can hear the staff talking and working as they did the laundry and hear the machines going. They usually only start from around 8am until early evening, but if you're a bit sensitive to noise, this might not be ideal. The kettle was also broken although the owner apologised. "Excellent location and a clean/ well appointed room. Within easy walking distance of everything. We would stay here again and this unit is definitely recommended. "

"great location to the lake, recommend for anyone passing through"

"Beautiful room with great view of the lake, church and southern alps at Lake Tepako. Very modern, well furnished, and warm for our winter stay. Very close to cafes and restaurants. We stayed two nights for our visit and Heli hike to Mt Cook. Would definitely stay again."

"Place is clean and nice. Has a good location - close to the grocery store, observatory and short drive to the church. However, unit is not as described and pictures not fully show how it really looks. First, it’s not private, well it’s hotel room with kitchenette and bathroom but there are more units in this building and hall. It’s not private because it’s entrance door are partially glass door. View from this particular room is on the parking and trash bins. It’s also on the ground level so...

"Great experience"

"The only thing we had problem we encountered was no written instructions how to operate the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. We washed our clothes without problems. But, couldn’t figure out how to operate the “dryer” mode. We had to go look for a laundry mat to dry our clothes."

"Excellent location. Clean, tidy and all the comforts you could need or want. Check in was a breeze. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again . Excellent A+++++"

"This was our most expensive accommodation this trip and we were bothered by the maintance upkeep in our unit. the TV was not attached properly to the wall and was on a bad lean, the cupboards did not shut, and the kitchen had no medium pot forcooking"
