"We were given an upgrade and the room was very nice, although the cost was very high at £180+ , which we assumed was due to the time of year. It was part of an 8 day trip which included 5 hotels and this was almost double the cost of the other, good quality hotels. The hotel and amenities are excellent and I would have awarded a higher rating for the ambience……however we were very disappointed with the set meal at £69 per head. "Comfortable hotel five minutes walk to Rhine Car park under hotel costing nine euros. Breakfast fine bacon eggs etc Main door closed at nine card open side door. Honor scene in lobby for beers coffee write room no on fridge door. Bed room and bathroom excellent. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful "

"The hotel had very nice rooms. However the rooms are very uncomfortable due to the lack of AC. They don't have fans available either. The self check-in was impersonal and difficult to navigate. If you are checking in after 15:00 no one is there. That is not a positive for a traveler. Breakfast was delicious."
