"The hotel is in a quiet street but still not far from the main Princess Street or the beautiful area of Deans Village. It’s a fabulous old-world hotel with big wooden staircases and very well-appointed rooms and bathrooms. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. We would certainly recommend it for a visit to Edinburgh."

"A well operated, historical, clean, boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely location overlooking Dean Village, accessible to Leith Walkway and walkable to Stockbridge, the Royal Mile and Old Town Edinburgh."
