"The property is beautiful, well kept, and clean. It is difficult to find the place because it is in the middle of UMASS campus. The signage needs improvement. It is a long walk from the parking lot to the lobby. Once you have the location and parking figure out, the place is great."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is so close to everything and therefore very convenient; especially the destination of UMass Amherst. The room was clean and comfortable and I was able to connect my laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable I brought from home. We used the gym, pool and hot tub and everything was great. The breakfast room and breakfast were a great start to the day. Will definitely stay again."
