"Great view from the 26th floor! The breakfast was excellent, but it ended too early (9:30 am) The observation deck is a plus. They didn’t have a breakfast/lunch box service for an early departure so we couldn’t use the meal voucher or a refund. The staff is very helpful and try to make you enjoy your stay. There are plenty of places to have authentic meals."

"Close to metro and rail station this hotel offers good accommodation and a Korean breakfast at a competitive rate. The safe in my room wasn't working, but when I informed reception it was replaced immediately."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to accommodate for an earlier check-in. Rooms were clean and felt homey. Great location as well, as it was a 5 minutes walk from Busan Station and the KTX. There were also many great places to eat nearby. Room also had a dry cleaning amenity which was very cool. Overall, the stay was very memorable and will always be a place I would love to re-book in the future."
