"Lovely stay in this gorgeous hotel. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful - really lovely young people who were happy to practise their English with us! Loved our suite - ‘New York’, it was so luxurious having all the space and immaculately clean. We enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard in the eve with a cocktail or two, the whole hotel had a serene atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone visiting Fabriano."

"We didn’t ask if they were dog friendly before we booked and they totally weren’t, and had no flexibility around it so our poor big boy had to spend the night in the car by himself. Staff could’ve been a little friendlier, and to make matters worse, the restaurant was closed. The breakfast buffet was pretty good though with homemade omelettes. "

"Big villa with lovely views. Nice pool and great dining area near kitchen, would be even better with some more lights outside. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good and towels great. Pasta bowls would be a good addition and an electric kettle if possible. We had mixed weather and it was very windy on the first night. We really recommend the resto inAvacelli Il Picchio, ate outside and food was the best. Thanks"

"Beautiful property with everything you need for a wonderful getaway. The villa was well supplied and cared for. We were so very thankful for the pool (cleaned daily) as it was a very hot week. The host shared many great excursion ideas, is very friendly and helpful.Absolutely loved this spot! "
