"Agradezco la enorme amabilidad de la recepcionista que me atendió antes de la llegada varias veces en inglés, era complicado por cuándo iban a llegar mi marido y mi hijo, y en todo momento todo fueron facilidades y mucha amabilidad. "They didn’t provide the correct type of room, and there was no way to resolve the issue because they have no staff on site. Their support phone number was just a recording that hung up after it played. I ended up having to sleep in my car. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling, and bugs on the floor."
