"Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and food was great."

"booked 2 hotel rooms for a business trip, when we arrived despite the "Excellent" rating the hotel was not as described, the grounds were unkept, the lobby was dirty and smelled and as a business travelling with my assistant, we did not feel safe in the hotel or out side areas. We actually left and found another Hotel."

"Where is my deposit at?"

"Very comfortable, everything in perfect condition"

"The hotel wasn't bad but the room was very small, and the smell of weed knocked us back when we got off the elevator. My daughter stayed here before and had the same experience with the smell. The shuttle was nice to the airport."

"The check-in staff was on her own timeline even though I was the only person checking in. She answered several calls while I was standing with my credit card out, we were in the middle of my check-in. Then she said, "You must have had a long flight because you look grouchy." Huh... Second floor smelled like sewage and my shower glass door would not stay shut. Not my worst experience, but pretty close."

"Parking is an extra charge. Never saw that at Hampton before. Had dinner at Holiday Inn next door - nothing better available nearby"

"The size of our room for 4 was great, we had enough room."

"This location is close to the airport and they have a shuttle. + My flight was extremely early the next morning while trying to get some sleep the door alarm across from me was going off for a couple of hours before any staff did anything about it. - Bed not comfortable and pillows are very lumpy. -"

"The convenience of the location was very good. We made it in time to grab a bite to eat and enjoy a drink to relax from our flight. The food was pricey but delicious. The service was great. Thank you"
