"Everything was great"

"The lady at the front desk was pretty rude. We checked in late, like close to 1am. We had a reservation, had ID ready. We were trying to make it go smoothly. She didn’t even say hello or anything just was kinda snippy and rude and stuck up. I had to provide a card for incidentals, I asked would she like a physical card or is tap okay, and she pointed at the register and said “it says tap, doesn’t it.” The pinpad did not have any tap icon on it, and was not ready for payment yet so I could tell. Overall, the room was nice. It wasn’t dirty, but was old. The caulking in bathroom needed redone everywhere and there were stress lines in the walls and ceiling throughout the room. It was nice for a place to stay for the night so I guess it did its job."

"The stay was good. I originally booked this for a volleyball tournament for me and my assistant coach. Then my family decided to come. I booked the suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch so figured why not have them come. When I go to check in the manager decided since it was just me and one other person that she would change my room to a king bed and a pull out couch! How rude to make us decide who gets the bed and who gets the couch without even contacting me. So then I had my family too, it was annoying but we made it work because they had nothing else. Then our tv wouldn’t work and just the inconvenience and then to find out the remote had no batteries and that’s the only way to turn the tv on. We got it fixed but when you travel you just want an easy experience. Other than these 2 things the stay was nice."

"Everything was great except even if you request a non smoking room/floor it still smells of smoke. I understand it’s a casino hotel so I did overlook this for the most part. "

"I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with. During this time she became frustrated and argumentative because she didn’t know what she was doing! Housekeeping sucked had to call multiple times for them to bring up new towels and collect garbage. The breakfast was good I loved how they had different breakfast options every day! They also said that the pool was heated it was heated any dad that we stayed it was very cold! Overall I would rate my stay a 6/10 "
