Everything was perfect about this day. Location was awesome. Short walk to B-Dubs. My only concern or complaint would be that for the breakfast in the morning the staff member did not have it stocked at all. We had to wait for quite some time even to have one egg or one sausage. She only brought one or two out at a time so the next gentleman and their families had to wait. It sounds simple but when you wake up in the morning you want to grab your breakfast and go. This was not the case. She was protecting it like her life depended on saving money on the eggs and sausage. And I legit mean there was nothing left out

The hotel is older and in need of improvement. Our room had issues and it was not stocked for three people that we reserved for. Not enough wash clothes or towels. Kleenex was out. The cabinet door where the refrigerator is would not shut so you hit your leg on it every time you walked by. The toilet would not flush properly and the TV was fuzzy. We would not stay there again.

Very noisy with tenants running and banging doors till late night. Always book Hampton for breakfast benefit but the experience here was terrible. Ran out of coffee,creamers,eggs by 9 and not replenished for 45 minutes. Would not book at this Hampton again

The front desk staff seemed confused at the check in process. I explained I had already paid for my room through Expedia and he just kept saying he was doing what the computer told him to do. I then informed him I had my pet with me and he asked why I didn’t tell Expedia this and there was a non-refundable pet fee. Finally got up to the room which had no shampoo and when I called the front desk to get some they said they didn’t have any but if I came down to the front desk they would go get some out of a vacant room. The rooms were also dated and rundown. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again. Awful experience.

I felt safe, the breakfast was fine but the tables were not clean. I was one of the first people down there and the tables were not clean. In my room, the cloth chase chair had a big stain. It was not too pleasant.

Room was fine, staff was indifferent, not particularly helpful or friendly. Breakfast bar was awful. Empty food trays, water from the juice dispenser, dried oatmeal and sugar. And they wanted $100 fee for an early check-in. First I've ever been told that at a Hampton. I'm a Hampton regular but will never return to this one. Very disappointed.
