Very none frills hotel. Breakfast was good, and hot when required. Moderate selection. Rooms were clean, sstaff was good. Amenities were fine. Small 2 story hotel with no elevator. But still handicap accessable on first floor.

The room was very clean and nice. Nothing felt old or overused. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were coming from out of town for a 4:00 wedding. I emailed and asked about the possibility of a 2:00 check in so that we would have time to get ready and get to the venue and received a very quick response telling me that our room would be ready for our 2:00 check in, and it was. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very Nice Hotel in an Easily Accessible Location

We stayed at the Garner Inn & Suites after a concert at the Surf Ballroom in nearby Clear Lake. It's about a 10 or 15 minute drive from Clear Lake, super easy, just down the highway. The Garner Inn is very comfortable and well appointed, actually nicer than you might expect to find in a small town. The breakfast included hot items like sausage and omelets, in addition to the expected items like a waffle machine and muffins and yogurt. Staff was very friendly.

Small hotel with close parking available. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast area was clean. There’s no elevator; so, if you can’t do stairs, be sure to request a ground level room.

We like the property. There was one night stand and not to, and the standing lamp was a little bit tweaked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered every question we had. It was a nice bed to spend the night in while we were in town for conference. So we like the place.
