"The hotel location is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the bathtub water did not drain and I had to had get it serviced which was taken care of fast."

Bathroom especially: broken fan that was ready to fall, rusty door frame, shower head that looked to be an afterthought and shower curtain doesnt prevent water from leaking (which is probably why the door frame is rusting)"

"Worst hotel ever. Our bathroom had hairs all over the sink and counter like someone had just shaved. Bathtub had pubic hairs in it and dripping faucet. Floors were disgusting and corners or bathroom floors were crusted with dust and gunk. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. Toilet was also definitely not clean. The staff stated our card had declined when in fact, it was a security check from our bank that we did clear, and should have been charged following clearance. We basically arrived and didn’t have a room anymore. I would assume this is fairly common that banks would require customers to verify a transaction in a different city, but instead of reaching out to us, the hotel gave our room to someone else and we were left having to book a different...
