"It was probably the worst hotel I’ve every stayed at. It was dirty. Everything was overpriced. The bar staff we’re aweful. I’m never staying there again."

"Overall the stay was nice. If I ever needed to stay here again, I would at least feel comfortable, but I would avoid it if I could have something with more amenities. There was no fridge, microwave, or ice makers in the room/building. The only ice machine was on the 11th floor, and while I appreciate it being available, it was just out of the way. It was clean and the staff was nice enough. I did get to check into my room a few hours early and coming in from out of state, that was very nice....

"We stayed here for the New York Marathon, thinking that it would be a special stay at a very nice hotel. Immediately, we were displeased. Our room was 35 min late to be ready, and when we finally got access, the room was dirty. Hair on the toilet and shower, sticky fridge shelves. No coffee maker in the room, and you have to pay $36 to rent one. The service was far less than I’d expect from a five star hotel - we wished we had booked something else and will not return here."

"One of the bedside lamps wasn’t working and neither was one of the outlets by the window. The bathtub faucet was completely hanging off of the wall and rusted and the tub couldn’t drain unless you sat there holding it. The bathroom sink was grimy and moldy around the edges. For $850 a night, I expected it to be kept up better."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"Clean room. Changed our room when our TV didn’t work. Location great- near Times Sq and food."

"The staff is absolutely wonderful and the hotel is spotless. We had an amazing time and will most definitely be back. P.S. The beds are super comfortable!"

"Excellent option."

"Towels were old. Bedding was smelly. You couldn’t eat or drink at the only tables and chairs by the lobby."
