"Very hospitable place and we were so well cared for. We had a great experience. One word of advice, there is no air conditioning. The fans and the cooler nights were not intolerable but definitely something to consider. Overall, it r was the hosts that made the experience lovely."
"Check in took over 40 minutes for the 3 rooms we booked and then they charged an additional 30 euros for a second bed in the room when we had already paid the 3 person rate on Expedia. Terrible customer service. There’s much better places to stay in Segovia. This is a run down student hostel and the AC doesn’t work."
"Lovely characterful property that has been renovated to a good standard. We were in the cloisters and the rooms are lovely. It is worth eating in the cloisters as the food is good and the setting fabulous. It was a highlight of our 2 day stay.
The hotel is at the start of the aqueduct and is a bit of a walk into the old town but it wouldn't stop us staying again."
