"This was the worst experience ever! We were an hour in line for check-in, more than an hour to get to our room because only 1 of the 4 elevators were working and the same nightmare experience to get down from the 22th on check-out date. Poor maintenance and property management. Not recommended"

"The staff was nice. The food was okay they need to add a protein other than pork on the menu. The place was clean. The room was okay it was clean. The chair in the room was peeling It has seen better days and needs to be replaced. The sheets had balls on them. It time to get new sheets. There needs to be a person who goes around and fully inspect furniture and know when it time to replace stuff in the room. Basic updates to maintain quality aka quality control. Also the walls are thin, I just knew the people above me was going to land on my bed any minute while I was in the room. It a descent hotel if you just need a place to sleep, shower and want a ok breakfast . Don’t look for anything else."
