My daughter and I, with 3 small grandchildren had to stop late afternoon and book a room unexpectedly. The process was easy and efficient. There was a wonderful employee named Gabriella that went above and beyond helping us find the perfect room and getting us the extra towels/plates etc... she helped us park close to an entry door and helped hold the door as we brought the babies in. She was very kind and deserves a raise!

We should have been notified there was construction in the next building over, as construction started at 7am - even on Saturday. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on. Pillows were so small and thin - like what you would put on a toddler bed. Unmarked wall switch inside room door that controlled tv, microwave and fridge. Air conditioner was unable to keep room cool. Shower head was horrible for the size of the shower - water barely hot enough for 1 shower The staff was wonderful, otherwise we might have considered sleeping in our car
